Travelbuzz is privately owned and operated with an ABTA license (no L4337) and being a member of the Hays Independence Group.

Any monies that you pay us where we are acting as agent are held on your behalf until your booking has been confirmed, at this point they will then be held on behalf of the operator/carrier concerned.

All Travelbuzz holidays, where we are the principal but do not include a flight, are protected under our Association of British Travel Agents bond no: L4337.

The flight only bookings we make are governed by the carriers terms and conditions.

The package holiday with flights, where we act as an agent for licensed tour operators are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority and the relevant ATOL number will be displayed on your Booking Acknowledgement. ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom. More information regarding ATOL. Clients are bound by the tour operators terms and conditions.
